RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Animas Valley Lavender, your satisfaction is our top priority. As a small, family-owned business crafting products in small batches with care, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under certain circumstances:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

To initiate a return, please email us at info@animasvalleylavender.store with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Used or opened products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or seasonal items (unless damaged or defective)

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to info@animasvalleylavender.store, and we’ll make it right— either with a replacement or refund.
